HOW TO DECORATE
1. Attach the red foil curtain securely to the wall.
2. Inflate the red, white and golden confetti balloons using a hand pump.
3. Insert the balloons into the balloon arch roll.
4. Arrange the balloon arch around the foil curtain.
5. Hang the Happy Anniversary banner in the centre.
6. Inflate the Love You foil balloons carefully using normal air.
7. Place the foil balloons on both sides of the backdrop.
8. Use the glue dots to adjust and secure lightweight decorations.
9. Add cake, lights or photographs to personalise the setup.
