HOW TO USE
1. Fix the red foil curtain securely on the wall.
2. Inflate the red and golden balloons using a hand pump.
3. Insert the balloons into the included balloon arch roll.
4. Arrange the red and golden balloons evenly around the backdrop.
5. Add the golden confetti balloons between the balloon arrangement.
6. Hang the Happy Anniversary banner in the centre.
7. Inflate and place the “I Love You” heart foil balloon near the backdrop.
8. Use the glue dots to fill empty spaces and secure lightweight decoration items.
