HOW TO DECORATE
1. Attach the red foil curtain to the wall.
2. Inflate the red and white heart balloons using a hand pump.
3. Insert the balloons into the balloon arch roll.
4. Arrange the balloon arch around the curtain.
5. Hang the Happy Anniversary banner in the centre.
6. Inflate and place the Love You foil balloons on both sides.
7. Add the golden confetti balloons to complete the setup.
8. Use the glue dots to adjust and secure lightweight decorations.
