and balloon supply business based in Rajgurunagar, Pune,
Maharashtra, India.

We sell birthday, anniversary, baby shower, wedding, festival
celebration and other special-occasion decoration combo kits
online across India.

By accessing our website or placing an order on

Conditions.

✅ Acceptance of Terms

By using this website and placing an order, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood and agreed to these Terms &
  Conditions.
• The information provided by you is accurate and complete.
• You are legally eligible to place an order and make payment.

🛍️ Products & Pricing

• Product images are provided for representation purposes.
  Actual colours may vary slightly because of photography,
  lighting or screen settings.
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable
  taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Partyora may change product prices without prior notice.
• If a pricing error occurs, we may contact you before processing
  the order.
• Product availability may change without prior notice.

💳 Orders & Payments

• Prepaid orders are confirmed after successful payment.
• Cash on Delivery orders, where available, may require order
  verification before confirmation.
• We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking and other
  payment methods displayed during checkout.
• Cash on Delivery may be available only for selected orders and
  serviceable PIN codes.
• We may cancel an order because of stock unavailability, payment
  failure, incorrect information or suspected fraudulent activity.

🚚 Delivery & Shipping

Orders are normally processed within
24–48 business hours after order or payment
confirmation.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the
delivery location, courier service, weather conditions, public
holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

↩️ Returns & Refunds

Customers should provide their order number, clear photographs
and a complete unboxing video to help us review the claim.

The 7-day period applies only to keeping the approved return parcel
ready and handing it over to the courier. It does not include:

• Courier pickup or return transit time
• Time taken for the parcel to reach Partyora
• Product inspection and verification time
• Replacement processing and dispatch time
• Replacement delivery time

If return pickup is delayed by Partyora or the assigned courier,
the customer will not be held responsible, provided the parcel was
kept ready for collection within the required period.

Once the returned parcel reaches Partyora, it will normally be
inspected within 1–2 business days.

After successful verification, the replacement will normally be
dispatched within 3–5 business days, subject to
product availability.

Replacement delivery time will depend on the customer’s location
and the courier service. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for
estimated delivery timelines.

If a suitable replacement is unavailable, an appropriate resolution
may be provided according to our Refund & Return Policy and
applicable law.

• All website content, including images, logos, text, graphics and
  product descriptions, belongs to PARTYORA or its respective
  rights holders.
• Website content may not be copied, reproduced, republished or

• Not place fraudulent, false or unauthorised orders.
• Not misuse, hack, disrupt or damage the website.

responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses
resulting from the use of our website or products.

Subject to applicable consumer law, disputes shall fall under the
jurisdiction of courts in
Pune, Maharashtra, India.
