🌍 Delivery Locations

Partyora delivers across India through our available courier partners.
Delivery availability may depend on the serviceability of the
customer’s PIN code.

📦 Order Processing

• Orders placed and paid before 4:00 PM on business days
  will be dispatched on the same day.
• Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be dispatched
  on the next business day.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched
  on the next business day.
• Same-day dispatch is subject to product availability and
  successful order and payment confirmation.

⏱️ Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are:

• Local Pune orders: 1–2 business days
• Maharashtra: 2–3 business days
• Other states: 3–7 business days
• Remote areas: 5–10 business days

These delivery periods are estimates and may vary depending on
the delivery location, courier availability, weather, public
holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

💰 Shipping Charges

• Prepaid orders of ₹499 and above — FREE Shipping
• Orders below ₹499 — Applicable shipping charges will be displayed
  during checkout
• Partial COD orders — ₹40 COD Charges will be added
  during checkout
• Bulk orders may have special shipping charges depending on
  weight, quantity and delivery location

💳 Partial COD Orders

Partial COD is available on eligible orders. This option helps us
confirm genuine orders before dispatch.

• A ₹40 COD Charge is added to Partial COD orders.
• A ₹100 advance payment is required online to
  confirm your order.
• The ₹100 advance is adjusted in your total order value.
• The remaining balance will be collected at the time of delivery.
• The ₹100 advance payment is non-refundable after order confirmation.
• If an order is refused, cancelled after confirmation, or cannot be
  delivered due to customer unavailability, incorrect address or
  incorrect contact details, the advance payment will not be refunded.

📍 Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct
delivery address, mobile number and PIN code while placing the order.

• Please verify your address before completing the order
• Address changes may not be possible after the order is dispatched
• Partyora will not be responsible for delivery delays caused by
  an incorrect or incomplete address

📲 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared
through WhatsApp, SMS, email or another available communication method.

• Tracking information may take some time to update after dispatch
• Customers should regularly check the tracking status
• Please contact us if tracking does not update for an extended period

⚠️ Delivery Delays

Partyora makes every reasonable effort to dispatch and deliver
orders within the estimated timeline. However, delays may occur
due to circumstances outside our direct control.

• Courier network delays
• Weather conditions or natural events
• Public holidays or regional restrictions
• Remote-location serviceability
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information

If your parcel is delayed, please contact us with your order number
so that our team can assist you.

📦 Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, wrong or incomplete product,
please report it within 48 hours of delivery.
